MeshSynergy.xyz offers Python Tools, 3D assets, and educational content (hereafter collectively referred to as "Products") on its website www.meshsynergy.xyz. The use or purchase of these Products through the MeshSynergy.xyz website or MeshSynergy's Gumroad store constitutes full acceptance of the below Terms & Conditions and the Tools EULA.

2. Availability and Purchasing

2.1 MeshSynergy.xyz strives to provide consistent and secure service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or payment/download functions. We rely on third-party services such as Framer, and Gumroad which may temporarily be unavailable.

2.2 Purchases on MeshSynergy.xyz are made through a third-party service: Gumroad. Secure payments and downloads are handled by Gumroad‘, and MeshSynergy.xyz assumes no responsibility for issues arising from this third-party service.

2.3 Parts of purchases on MeshSynergy.xyz are delivered as standard compressed archives. Freeware third-party tools might be required to decompress and access certain files.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, including the website and presentations, are the property of MeshSynergy.xyz. Unless specified, all content on MeshSynergy.xyz, including text, graphics, and data, is owned by MeshSynergy.xyz.

5. Amendments/Termination and Final Clauses

5.1 Purchasing our products constitutes full acceptance of our Terms & Conditions, the EULA, and any subsequent amendments.

5.2 MeshSynergy.xyz can amend the Terms & Conditions, EULA, products, prices, and services at any given time with reasonable notice. Such amendments will apply to all Tools licenses sold post-amendment.

5.3 By using MeshSynergy.xyz, you confirm that you are over 18 and can lawfully accept these Terms & Conditions and the EULA. If representing an entity, you must be authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

5.4 If any provision in these agreements is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Both parties shall then agree on a replacement provision that closely mirrors the original's intent.

5.5 These agreements are governed by the laws of California. All disputes must be resolved by a court in California unless otherwise agreed upon. You agree to the jurisdiction of courts in California.

5.6 MeshSynergy.xyz may seek damages for violations of our Terms & Conditions or the EULA.
